Transfer of Structured Settlement Payments Bill Signed Into Law

 A bill originally crafted by the Legislative Council Study Committee on the Transfer of Structured Settlement Payments was signed into law by Governor Walker on November 11, 2015.  The study committee Chair, Rep. Jim Ott, and Legislative Council staff members Brian Larson, Anna Henning, and Julie Learned attended the bill signing.
