Reasonable Accommodation Requests

Documents determined to be in active use, as well as those published on or after January 1, 2026, have been remediated to meet applicable accessibility standards. Documents published prior to January 1, 2026, are classified as archived web content as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 35.201 and may be provided in an accessible format following a reasonable accommodation request based on an individualized determination.

We encourage individuals to request accommodations that will help ensure access to our information. Such requests include digital remediation of archived Legislative Audit Bureau documents. Requests that would impose an undue financial, technical, or administrative burden may not be fulfilled as requested.

Requests for digital remediation of archived documents are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and time frames will be communicated directly to the person making the request so that arrangements can be made cooperatively between the Legislative Audit Bureau and the individual requesting remediated material. Time frames for remediation may differ depending upon the complexity and length of the document requested, the number of requests at any given time for remediation, and the workload of the Bureau staff who perform digital remediation.

To place a request for reasonable accommodation, please contact us by email or phone.
