Next week, Senator Jennifer Shilling and I will hold a
long term care-focused listening session in La Crosse County. The
listening session is open to the public and will allow you to weigh in on changes to long term care
and other concerns about the 2015-2017 biennial budget.
The listening session will feature a number of local
experts on aging and long term care issues.
Details for the listening session are as follows:
Date: May 4, 2015
Time: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Location: Health & Human Services Building, Basement Auditorium
(MAP)
300 N. 4th Street
La Crosse, WI 54601
Free
parking will be available in Lot D in front of the Health & Human
Services Building.
If you are concerned about changes to long term care,
IRIS, Aging and Disability Resource Centers, or any other budget items I would
highly encourage you to attend this listening session and voice your
opinions. With your input, we are hopeful that we can bring changes to
this harmful budget.
