Governor Evers Violates State Law No one is above the law of Wisconsin. Yet Gov. Evers approved two grants for Planned Parenthood in direct violation of Wis. Statute 20.975 (2). I have asked the Governor to correct this violation and to ensure no further violations of state law occur.

Serve the People Speaker Vos attempted to silence Rep Ramthun by removing an authorized staff person from his office, because he didn't like what Ramthun was saying. I remain committed to the freedom of Assembly members and their ability to contribute as representatives of the people who elected them.

School Choice is the Right Choice AB 970 builds off of other successful Wisconsin parental choice programs to open school choice to all Wisconsin families. Parental school choice is the right choice for strengthening quality education for every student in Wisconsin.

Assembly Passes Life-Saving Legislation Today, the Assembly passed life-saving legislation. AB 82 (the Kai Lermer Bill) requires students and parents to be informed about the nature and risk of sudden cardiac arrest and the benefits and risks of EKG testing. Kai's legacy will live on by preventing similar deaths to young athletes.

Not Essential Enough Too many businesses suffered and even had to close due to Gov. Evers' policies that treated businesses differently. Today, the Legislative Assembly passed AB 912, which ensures that all businesses be treated equally in an emergency.

Was Attorney General Josh Kaul Aware? Rep. Allen mailed a letter today to Attorney General Josh Kaul asking him to confirm or deny his awareness of the alleged illegal activities as revealed in the filings of Special Counsel John Durham. The people of Wisconsin deserve to know what their Attorney General was aware of.
