Today marks the 36th annual “National Sanctity of Human Life Day,” which was first enacted by
the proclamation of President Ronald Reagan in 1988. It is a day where we celebrate and advocate for this most cherished right of every human being. 

Today, Rep. Allen, along with Sen. Jesse James, released a bill that would create a one-time school safety grant program of $30 million to improve school building safety and provide staff security training.

Today, Rep. Scott Allen (R), along with Sen. Rachael Cabral-Guevara (R) and Rep. Dora Drake (D), released a bill that would adjust the terms of payday loans to lessen the harmful effects of predatory lending.  

Today, Governor Evers vetoed AB 465, the “Help Not Harm Bill,” which would have protected minors from long-term, irreversible damage from unproven medical gender transition procedures. 

Today, parents, educators, and school board members made their voices heard at the Assembly Committee on Education in support of AB 308, a bill that protects kids from obscene materials in school.

The Wisconsin Senate passed two amended bills (AB 438 and AB 439) funding a deal to keep the Brewers in Wisconsin. Those bills will now return to the Assembly floor for a vote. Read how Rep Allen plans to vote. 

Today, Rep Allen voted for AB 466, relating to protecting consumer data. The bill would provide greater consumer rights over their personal data.

Today, Rep. Allen, along with Sen. Tomczyk, released a regular general election audit bill designed to increase trust in the election process through regular, random audits.

Today, Rep Allen visited Waukesha West High School to experience a day in the life of a Waukesha student.
