Meet John Macco

John was born and raised in the Green Bay area. He came from humble beginnings, growing up with six siblings in a 1200 square foot house on Pilgrim Street until the day he turned 18. He helped establish two successful businesses, both of which are still owned and operated by family members.

Prior to his election to the state assembly, John was a dedicated public servant in the community. He served on the executive board for Olde Main Street, was active with Downtown Green Bay, Inc., and served as both elder and deacon at his church, Celebration Church Green Bay.

In his personal life, John is a former member of the US Ski Patrol, an IFR rated private pilot, a certified Scuba diver, a motorcycle enthusiast, has navigated the Great Lakes, and keeps an organic garden.
