Fall is upon us, which means the return of the legislature. The fall session is sure to be incredibly busy, as my staff and I are working on legislative initiatives. I will continue to look forward to your feedback and input on the bills brought before the legislature.

The 2015-2016 Wisconsin State Blue Books have arrived in the legislature. If you are interested in receiving a Blue Book, please contact my office and provide your name and address. Kristie and Lisa, students at Flambeau High School, job shadowed me for a few days. It was wonderful to show them the Capitol.
In the 87th District
Lublin recently celebrated its Centennial Days and I enjoyed learning more about the village's history and culture. It was great to see many familiar faces from the area, as well as meet individuals from Lublin, Poland.
Wisconsin Adds Nearly 40,000 Private Sector Jobs
New quarterly census job count data shows our state gained almost 40,000 private sector jobs from March 2014 to March 2015. Data based on actual job reports from over 135,000 Wisconsin employers covering the first quarter of 2015 showed:
