Do you know a first responder in your community that deserves to be recognized? My office is once again seeking nominations for the First Responder of the Year Award. This award recognizes a first responder from the 87th Assembly District who embodies community service, selflessness, and dedication. If you know of a first responder  (firefighter, police officer, EMS personnel) in the 87th Assembly District who embodies community service, selflessness, and dedication, please click on one of the links below to complete a nomination form.  You can either fill out the online form below or print a form and mail it to my Madison office at the address below.

You can nominate someone for a variety of reasons including a specific heroic action, a significant professional achievement, their body of work over time, or their length of service. One deserving individual will be selected and invited down to the State Capitol in October to be honored for their work.

Nominations must be received by Friday, September 29th, 2023.
