Welcome to our E-Update!  Here you will find many district resources, as well as, stay up to date on everything our office is working on.
What's going on in Madison!

This week, The Assembly Health Committee will be meeting to discuss a bill I am proud to be a co-sponsor of. We will be meeting to discuss Assembly Bill 7, which addresses Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Drug Price Transparency. Assembly Bill 7 prohibits Pharmacy Benefit Managers from banning pharmacists from disclosing lower-cost options with their patients. It would also require Pharmacy Benefit Managers to act in fair business practices. This bill would help lower the price of prescription drugs so our healthcare providers can focus on what is most important, their patients. This bill was passed in committee and will be voted on the floor soon!

Last week, some of my colleagues and I also joined Senator Julian Bradley in sending a letter to Secretary-Designee Timberlake to address transparency in COVID-19 vaccine distribution.

Poland Update!

Earlier this year, I was honored to receive the Medal Pro Bono Poloniae and the Medal of the Commission of National Education. I am proud to continue this partnership that celebrates common heritage, and I look forward to working with Poland to bring more businesses to Wisconsin and to further expand our educational partnership.
