My office seeks nominations throughout the year for Hometown Hero Awards. If you know someone from the 82nd Assembly District (Most of the City of Waukesha, along with parts of the Village) who embodies heroism, community service, selflessness and dedication, please fill out the information below. If selected, the nominee will be invited to the State Capitol to be honored for their work.
