Referendum Information

On Tuesday, August 13, 2024 there will be a primary election in Wisconsin. There are two constitutional amendment questions that will appear on the August ballot. My office has received a significant amount of inquiries about these proposed measures. While I cannot advise constituents on how to vote on ballot measures, my office has put together a graphic to help constituents understand the referendum questions that will appear on their August ballot.
