Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections

On Wednesday, the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held an Informational Hearing with special guest, Justice Michael Gableman.  Justice Gableman provided a detailed update on the cost of his investigation into the administration of the 2020 Election.

State Capitol Tree Lighting Ceremony

The State Capitol Christmas Tree was lit during a ceremony on Friday afternoon.  The 32-foot Balsam Fir was donated by the Menominee Tribal Enterprises Forestry Center in Keshena, WI.  For those traveling to the Madison area, the Tree will be lit from 8am-4pm during weekdays.

Main Street Bounceback Grant

If you are a small business owner impacted by Covid-19, please take some time to review the Main Street Bounceback Grant.  The West Central Wisconsin Planning Commission is accepting applications where qualifying businesses may receive up to $10,000 to assist businesses moving into vacant commercial spaces.  To view more information on the Main Street Bounceback Grant, please click here.

Clark County Survey
  • Attention residents of Clark County, the Clark County Forestry & Parks Department is asking for public input on the future of the parks they maintain.  The Department wants you to "help the county understand how residents use the recreational facilities, along with potential opportunities for future parks and improvements."  the survey will be open from 12/18 - 12/20.  If you are a resident of Clark County and would like to participate in this survey, please click here.
