About Robert
Robert Wittke is a long time resident of the 62nd Assembly District. He graduated from William Horlick High School, and went on to attend the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where he earned a BA degree in Accounting. He is a finance and accounting professional for over 35 years, working in all aspects of corporate taxation.
Robert "Bob" started his political sojourn in 2017, when he was elected to the Racine Unified School District Board of Education. He served two terms as its Board President then chose not to seek re-election in 2019. First elected to the State Assembly in 2018, he has enjoyed serving the residents of District 62 since then.
Bob is the proud father of four children. He and his wife Alison currently reside in Wind Point with their two younger children. Bob's children attended Racine Unified Schools and are graduates of, or are attending, University of Wisconsin System schools.
Bob is vested in seeing his community thrive with small businesses, local employment opportunities, and a safe effective education system. Those principles guide him as he serves the constituents of the 62nd Assembly District in Madison
