IT Job Prep Beginning in
High School |
UW System will be investing $900,000 in a pilot program for Fox Valley students to begin earning college
credits while still in high school. The "1+3" program is aimed
at increasing the number of skilled information technology (IT) workers to meet industry
needs in the Fox Valley.
I joined Governor Walker and Chancellor Leavitt for the
announcement of this exciting new program at UW–Oshkosh. |

Veterans can receive free dental care on

appointment. Space is limited and appointments are filling up
fast! |
Recognizing Eagle Scouts |
Dylan Zinkgraf and William Tews are
receiving legislative citations from Senator Roth and me to
recognize them for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
Eagle Scout Projects: Dylan constructed a
trailhead kiosk at the Prairie Hill Park in Grand Chute and
William constructed picnic tables for Homeless Connections in
the Fox Valley.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation
is cautioning drivers to keep an eye out for deer this June.
Last year, there were 665 deer related accidents in Outagamie

Welcome!
I live in Greenville, but have an
office at the State Capitol in Madison. If you are in
downtown Madison, please feel free to stop by and say
hello! Just go to the information desk in the rotunda,
and they can direct you on how to find my office, 318
North. At the bottom of each e-update, you'll see my
office contact information.
If your school or group plans to tour the Capitol
building, please let me know in advance. I'd
love to visit with you for a few minutes and take a
group photo.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
