Hwy K Letter to Governor Walker from Rep. Thiesfeldt and Sen. Feyen Rep. Thiesfeldt along with Sen. Feyen sent a letter to the Governor requesting funds from the $579 million surplus at the closure of the 2015-2017 budget be used for the Hwy K portion of the Hwy 23 project. This portion of highway has the highest crash incident level in the entire highway.
