Wisconsin Farmers Union
Recently I had the pleasure of hosting members of the Wisconsin Farmers Union from the 51st Assembly District. Our conversation included a discussion about the status of the dairy industry in our state. As our dairy farmers continue to struggle, the Wisconsin Farmer's Union has asked for comprehensive dairy policy reform to help. Their legislative agenda included a request for federal dairy policy reform to manage the overproduction that leads to unsustainable low prices. Thank you for visiting and I look forward to continued discussion on this issue.
Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC)
The Regional Governing Board of Southwest Wisconsin and Eagle County invited my staff, Jake, and I to attend their Joint Governing Board Meeting in Dodgeville. I was able to hear first hand from constituents about their experiences and the ways we can improve care for our elderly populations. Thank you for having me!

Their goal is to provide quality nursing and rehabilitation care for the residents to be successful. In the meeting, Terry and I discussed how to best serve aging adults as well as the necessary funding to provide effective and quality care. Thanks for coming in!
