On August 19th, Representative Travis Tranel presented a citation to Jim Matthes of Viola on behalf of Gov. Walker, Sen. Marklein, Rep. Nerison, and himself. The citation was presented to Mr. Matthes at a gathering with friends and family to celebrate his retirement from the Kickapoo Valley Rescue Squad after forty-five years of service.
“It was an honor to present this citation to Mr. Matthes, who deserves much recognition for his service and dedication to his community,” said Tranel. “My children and I had a wonderful time attending his event.
