Back to School

Get out those pencils and dust off those textbooks. It's that time a year again and school is about to begin. Fall sports have begun and teachers are finishing up lesson plans for the year. Schools will soon be welcoming back students from across the state. From college campuses to our local elementary schools, I would like to wish all of the students of the 42nd District good luck on there next year of school.

Draw your District Wisconsin

My colleagues and I are excited to introduce a website that will allow any Wisconsin resident to participate in the legislative process by drawing and submitting their own maps to the legislature for review.

We have finally received the delayed census data from the Biden Administration. While we wait for the drawing tools to upload the data, we invite the public to visit to get acquainted with the site.

Every 10 years, once the legislature receives the most recent census data from the Federal government, we are responsible for drawing new district boundaries, adjusted to updated population metrics. Wisconsin’s Constitution requires the districts be drawn through the legislative process.

I invite any of my constituents to participate in the process by creating a statewide map, regional plan, or community of interest. Maps may be submitted to the legislature from September 1, 2021 through October 15, 2021.
