Session
On Tuesday, I joined my Assembly colleagues in passing a law enforcement legislative package on the Assembly floor, including my bill, Assembly Bill 833.
As I have talked with many constituents around my district, we all understand that investing in our officers, means keeping our communities safe. The votes taken this week aim to reverse the trend of rising crime and police officers leaving the workforce.

WI Credit Union League's Advocacy Day
Kevin Hauser and Ali Schrank from the WCCU Credit Union in Lake Delton stopped by my office this week for the WI Credit Union League's Annual Advocacy Day. We were able to discuss some pending legislation that they would like to see put into law and the many things credit unions do to give back to the community.

Ag Day at the Capitol
On Wednesday, it was Ag Day in the Capitol. I had the opportunity to sit down with the Green Lake County Farm Bureau and the Marquette County Farm Bureau. I talked with both groups about many agricultural issues such as a hunting season for Sandhill Cranes, farmland preservation, the wildlife damage program and many other issues that are important to the agricultural community.
Associated Builders & Contractors of WI Event
Last Friday, I joined State Senator Dan Feyen at the Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin SkillsComp in West Bend, to cheer on competitors and from across the state.
At SkillsComp, the best apprentices in HVAC, carpentry, electrical and plumbing compete, with the winners representing Wisconsin in the national competition in San Antonio in March 2022.
