POLICING IN WISCONSIN

This week, the Assembly passed a number of bills affecting policing in the State of Wisconsin.

While Rep Dittrich did have concerns about several of the bills, she voted for expanding grants for body cameras, crisis training for law enforcement, and standardized training of school resource officers among others.

VACCINE PASSPORTS BANNED

A ban on “vaccine passports” was also passed through the Assembly this week.

HAPPY JUNETEENTH

Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States, remembering the proclamation of African American Emancipation finally reaching Galveston, Texas.

On June 19th, we celebrate the abolition of the atrocity of slavery and the unity of Americans of every race, creed, and color! Happy Juneteenth!

"EDUCATION GOVERNOR" VETOES EDUCATION

Governor Evers insults more minority parents around the Juneteenth Holiday by denying them the ability to send their children to the school of their choice.
