Representative William Penterman (R-Columbus) was first elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in the July 2021 special election, and is currently serving in his second term.
He was born in Kaukauna on May 18, 1996 and graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in 2014. After graduating, William went on to earned a B.A. in Politics and Government at Ripon College.
In 2015 he joined the United States Army Reserve and now serves as a sergeant in his platoon.
William is a staunch community member and is heavily involved in several community groups.
