Introducing The All New State Legislative Website

The Legislative Technology Service Bureau (IT department) worked closely with Senate and Assembly leadership offices, the Chief Clerks’ offices, and other legislative service agencies to create a new website that better serves Wisconsin citizens and legislative users.

Check it out here:

The new site has been updated with a modern design, publishes more information, integrates with the Legislature’s Notification system, and makes it easier for Wisconsin citizens to follow the legislative process.

Check out some of these highlights from the new website:

• Photographs included next to Legislators name: Senators and  Representatives

• More information for a detail page for every legislator:  Rep. Loudenbeck's detailed page

• Upgraded detail page for every committee: Joint Committee on Finance

• Enhanced detail page for every proposal: The Budget Bill

Advanced Search capabilities

• A Find-by-Map feature that shows which legislators represent citizens by using a map location

• Redesigned look and feel that looks and works great on wide screen monitors, tablets, and smart phones
