Rep. Paul Tittl Honors Organ Donors

Floor Session 201920-08(resize).jpg

Hello,

This week I joined my colleagues in the Assembly and the Senate by introducing a joint resolution recognizing organ donors and proclaiming April 2020 as Donate Life Month in Wisconsin.

Coming from Manitowoc for the passage of the resolution were Ron and Mary Hinz, Mark Leonhard, and Ginger Schwarz. Ron received a new kidney from his niece, Mark is a liver recipient, and Ginger is a lung recipient.

Everyone knows someone who is either a donor a recipient. We should always honor those have provided a gift that has saved someone's life.

Passage of my Psychology Statute Bill
021820 Assembly Session #106(resize).jpg

On Tuesday the Assembly voted for AB 487, my bill that updates Wisconsin's psychology statue, which hasn't been updated since 1994. This bill expands access for those in need of mental health treatment and also helps those seeking a career in psychology to more easily transition from school to the workplace. The bill now moves to the Senate for a vote.

Do you know a service member currently serving overseas from our area?

If you know someone from our area in the service who is serving overseas, please email us their name, address in the local area, and where they are stationed at and in what country. I am currently working on a proposal with several of my colleagues in the Assembly, and would like to see who from my district is currently serving overseas.

Catch me this Monday on WCUB Radio!

WCUB(resize).jpgThis Monday, I will be appearing on WCUB at 8:10 AM. This isn't usually my day to appear on WCUB, but due to a schedule change I will be on the air this Monday.

Feel free to call in at 920-682-0351 with any questions that you may have! I am looking to forward to hearing from you!
