Meeting up with Principal Thennes of Lincoln High

IMG_0648(resize).jpg

Hello,

Recently, I visited Lincoln High School and my friend Lee Thennes, Principal of Lincoln High School.  As a Lincoln alum, I enjoyed visiting the school and seeing just how much has changed for the better since I was a student.

It was also nice to see Principal Thennes. Lee and I used to serve on the Manitowoc City Council together from 2004-2008. Principal Thennes is a doing a great job, and I look forward to seeing him continue to do great things for Lincoln High School and the Manitowoc area.

Talking with Students about Saying No to Drugs

Last week, I visited Valders Middle School to speak with students about avoiding drugs and the effects drugs can have on a person. The Manitowoc County K9 unit gave a demonstration of a K9 in attack mode taking down Manitowoc County Sheriff Dan Hartwig.
