First Responder Nomination at the State Capitol

I am proud to nominate Andy Beck of the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department for First Responder of the Year at the Capitol.

Andy has been employed with the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office for the past 17 years and is an assistant team leader on the local SWAT team. This year he has also received a letter of recognition this year from the police chief of Manitowoc for his contribution to an investigation involving a double homicide.

We should all be thankful for what our first responders do. They are our heroes in our local communities and serve as an inspiration to all of us.

The winners are Joe Blanke and Jeff Nichols. Joe and Jeff, please  reply to this email with your addresses and I will personally deliver to you a fresh copy of our new 2019-2020 blue books. Congratulations!
