Kevin Kennedy Should have been walked to the Door Yesterday:

The 1^st amendment right to freedom of speech is listed first for a reason.  That reason is it's fundamental and basic to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  Our founding fathers understood perfectly well that the freedom of speech provision is the foundation that all other freedoms are based upon.  Not only did they know that freedom of speech was imperative to protecting liberty in America, they weren’t just referring to any old verbiage one might randomly discharge; they meant political speech.  Yes, the kind of speech that holds elected officials accountable for their actions and inactions.  The kind of speech that allows America’s citizenry to voice their differences without fear of retribution. To be sure, engaging in the political process is not only our 1^st amendment right, it is our responsibility to the future of America.  When our freedoms, any of our freedoms, becomes a partisan target for overzealous ideologues, we must act swiftly and without reserve.

Kevin Kennedy has used the power we in Wisconsin have entrusted in him to suppress free speech, quell political discourse and yes, even affect the outcome of the very activity that we as Americans hold as an irreplaceable entity; open and fair elections.  He engaged in activities that were created and devised for the SOLE purpose of intimidating conservative voices in which he did not agree.  He and his cohorts (disgraced former head of the IRS Lois Lerner and others) systematically harassed conservative staff going as far as conducting pre-dawn military style raids on their homes, invading their privacy and confiscating their property.  They used revolving style investigation techniques that often were based upon investigating activities that were not illegal. This led the Supreme Court to find the scope of the John Doe investigations to be ”beyond reason and law”.

The betrayal of trust and the breach of faith Mr. Kennedy has demonstrated in the course of doing his duty is the very definition of treason. Mr. Kennedy was entrusted with protecting our elections, our freedom of speech and our right to engage in the political process.  Instead he stole them from us.

Planned Parenthood Exposed:

In a most disturbing video that was released a short time ago, the senior director of medical services for Planned Parenthood is shown nonchalantly eating a salad and discussing the sale of children's body parts obtained during partial birth abortions.  Needless to say the video is extremely difficult to watch.  For those of us who believe that human life begins at conception the concept is pure evil, the practice is unconscionable and allowing it to continue is unthinkable. My Pro-Life colleagues and I will be introducing a bill to make sure this activity ceases.  Planned Parenthood needs to be completely de-funded and we will be taking steps to assure that not a penny in state funds is used for these evil purposes.
