On Tuesday, the Assembly voted and failed to override Governor Tony Evers' veto of Assembly Bill 336 (AB 336). AB 336 would end Wisconsin's participation in the federal unemployment benefit program which gives up to an extra $300 to people who are collecting unemployment. South Milwaukee Heritage Days
Last weekend I had the chance to stop by Heritage Days in South Milwaukee and walk in the parade. It was great to see so many friends and community leaders. Thank you to the organizers who put on this great event every year!
