Now that the holidays have passed, the
Assembly is ready to get back to work.
Next week will be busy in the Capitol with multiple committee hearings
taking place as the Assembly begins working on the spring agenda. On
Tuesday, at least seven Assembly committees will meet including the
committee I chair, the Assembly Committee on Family Law.
If you’re interested in following along with the action, you can tune into
WisconsinEye,
where some committee meetings will be available for viewing.
In addition, the Legislature has invited Gov. Walker to deliver the State of
the State Address in the afternoon on Wednesday, January 24. The speech will
be available on WisconsinEye. Stay tuned for more detail in the coming
weeks.
Have a terrific New Year!
