Bipartisan Wins for the 2019-20 Legislative Session A newly released memo from the nonpartisan Legislative Reference Bureau showed that once again, the Assembly worked in a largely bipartisan fashion over the 2019-20 legislative session. According to the memo, the Assembly passed 371 bills, with 94.1% of those bills receiving bipartisan support.
