Assembly Bill 325 Moving Forward
This week I testified in support of a bill I authored, Assembly Bill 325, which relates to a harbor assistance grant for the city of Green Bay. For five decades, the City of Green Bay has advocated for relocating those coal piles in downtown. Through this legislation, we’ve got our best shot to clear up a major eye sore on our riverfront and add over $100 million in new, taxable development in our community. We have several additional hurdles to clear in this process, but this week's hearing was a major step forward to getting this project started.
Brown County Fair!
Don't forget the Brown County Fair is this week, August 14th through the 18th.
