As we continue to navigate through this time I thank you for being an informed constituent of Wisconsin's 4th State Assembly District.
Take the Spring Survey!
In order to better represent your state budget priorities in the legislature, I need to hear from you. For this reason, I respectfully request you take a few minutes to share your thoughts on the 2021-2023 State Budget via my online survey. This survey only takes a moment to fill out, but will have an immediate impact on my decision-making over the final month of state budget determinations.
Congratulations, Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith!
On May 3rd, I had the honor of recognizing Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith for his service to our community after more than 30 years in law enforcement. During his five years as the Green Bay's Top Cop, Green Bay was recognized as one of the safest cities in the United States. The citizens of Green Bay will continue to benefit from his leadership for years to come. Chief Smith, enjoy your well-deserved retirement!
Update: Bart Starr Memorial Bridge
My Bart Starr Memorial Bridge legislation passed through the Senate last month and I look forward to it passing through the Assembly in the near future. This legislation would designate and mark the Walnut Street Bridge in Green Bay as the Bart Starr Memorial Bridge.
The bridge is a fitting tribute to a man who was a great example both on and off the field. I am proud to join State Senator Wimberger, State Representative Macco, and State Representative Shelton in recognizing his legacy and influence through this prominent, permanent bridge re-naming effort.
