Marsy's Law (AJR47) is a proposal to strengthen Wisconsin's existing protections for crime victims. This bi-partisan legislation will lead to a state constitutional amendment and will put victims' rights on the same footing as the rights of the accused.

Law Enforcement Memorial License Plate fundraiser

Currently, the DOT issues a law enforcement memorial plate; however, it is the only charity-related plate that raises no money for the associated organization. I intend to fix this problem, and ensure contributions are possible through the Law Enforcement Memorial Fund license plate. See a recent Fox 11 report on my proposal here.
