Senate Democrats' rhetoric does not match their actions

By calling their budget pro-growth while using a capitol gains tax increase to take $458 million from Wisconsin businesses, Senate Democrats talk out of both sides of their mouths to entrepreneurs, Senator Kanavas said during budget debate.
