School Sparsity Aid Amounts Announced
The Department of Public Instruction recently announced anticipated school sparsity aid to be distributed among 123 school districts throughout the state. School districts eligible for this additional state funding must have fewer than 10 students per square mile; have 20% or more of its students qualified for free or reduced-price school meals; and enroll fewer than 725 students in the district.
