The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has recently received a number of consumer complaints regarding fraudulent credit card charges. These credit card charges are small and can easily be overlooked by cardholders. Some cardholders have also said that foreign transaction fees appear on their monthly statements when a fraudulent charge occurs. If you believe that a fraudulent charge appears on your monthly statement, immediately contact your financial provider by calling the phone number on the back of your card.
