I-94 Bridge Construction Update
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has given notice that construction work on I-94 Bridge will impact traffic in St. Croix County as there will be overnight lane closures over the coming weeks.
 
Work to replace the 200th Street Bridge over I-94 in St. Croix County will result in overnight lane closures May 31 – June 2 and the night of June 6. The overnight closures are necessary to set the girders.
Westbound I-94 is scheduled to be closed to traffic during the following times:
  • Tuesday, May 31 at 10:30 p.m. to Wednesday, June 1 at 5:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday, June 1 at 10:30 p.m. to Thursday, June 2 at 5:00 a.m.
 
During these times, traffic will be detoured from Exit 19 (WIS 63) to Exit 10 (WIS 65) using the I-94 Alternative Route along US 12. Westbound ramps will be closed at the County Highway T interchange, Exit 16, during the full road closures.
 
Eastbound I-94 is scheduled to be closed to traffic during the following times:
  • Thursday, June 2 at 10:30 p.m. to Friday, June 3 at 5:00 a.m.
  • Monday, June 6 at 10:30 p.m. to Tuesday, June 7 at 5:00 a.m.
 
During these times, traffic will be detoured from Exit 10 (WIS 65) to Exit 19 (WIS 63) using the I-94 Alternative Route along US 12. Eastbound ramps will be closed at the County Highway T interchange, Exit 16, during the full road closures.
 
Motorists can also expect single lane closures during the week between the hours of 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
