Country Morning Mist by Michael Ejercito, an emergency room physician who lives in Janesville.  Dr. Ejercito was driving home after a busy overnight shift in the emergency room when he saw this scene emerge between Beloit and Janesville. He pulled over and captured this late-summer sunrise on a misty morning.

MoonCatchers by Munio Makuuchi. This hand-printed etching was commissioned for Wisconsin’s sesquicentennial in 1998. It depicts a tiger muskie leaping towards the moon, an image of a pregnant woman, and the aurora borealis.
