The dairy industry is a vital part of Wisconsin's economy and culture. There are many elements within the dairy industry from farm and livestock management to the regulation and processing of dairy products. One aspect under general consideration is how to handle the growing interest in the sale and consumption of unpasteurized milk (raw milk). This bibliography provides resources about the many facets of the dairy industry including the subject of raw milk.
