Using the 2003-05 executive budget (2003 Wisconsin Act 33 (SB-44)) as an example, the following bibliography lists documents published by various agencies during the budget process; similar documentation will be issued for the 2005-07 budget cycle. The documents from the 2003-04 session are substantially the same as those from the last several sessions and therefore are representative.
