To assist the Legislature, the Legislative Council has compiled this roster of employees identified by various state agencies that:

1. Serve as the agency's "legislative liaison" or register as a lobbyist;
2. Appear for information purposes, or as observers, at standing and study committee hearings and meetings; or
3. Are frequently contacted by legislators or legislative staff for specific types of information.
