Membership List The special committee is
directed to examine the current capacity and future need for
disposal of septage that is pumped from septic tanks and holding
tanks, to review the laws related to this subject, and to develop
proposed legislation that will assure protection of public health
and the environment, as well as the availability of disposal options
for future population and business growth.
