    Our reforms are working to create jobs! Actual jobs numbers released from the federal government show an increase of 62,072 jobs in the last two years.

    Wisconsin received another nice reminder that our state is heading in the right direction. The Legislative Fiscal Bureau announced Thursday morning that revenue projections are now $575 million more than what was previously projected.

  Speaker Vos:  Statement on Act 10 Ruling
 
Act 10 upheld in its entirety. A Dane County judge made a political, not a legal, decision.
 
 
Madison…Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) released the following statement on the federal court ruling on Act 10.
 
“Today’s federal court ruling confirms what we’ve known all along:  Act 10 is constitutional. What we’ve seen in this case--and with so many others before it--is that a liberal Dane County judge made a political, not a legal, decision.”
 
“These reforms have played an important role in balancing budgets at the state and local levels.  I encourage those who have not utilized these tools to begin incorporating them to the benefit of taxpayers.”
