Services Program
Madison: Governor Walker announced today he and Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen
are working together to ensure that Wisconsin’s Sexual Assault Victim Services (SAVS)

J.B. Van Hollen urging him for the Department of Justice to fully fund the SAVS
Rep. Steineke issued the following statement:
“I could not be more pleased that Governor Walker and the Attorney General are working
to keep SAVS funded. It is an invaluable program that provides services for victims all
over Wisconsin”
“Even in tough times it is important to maintain these vital services and to provide for
Wisconsin’s most vulnerable citizens.”
