**FOOD & TOY DRIVE**: please donate for the families of Manitowoc Crane! 
 
Please help these families have a decent holiday season.  Rep.Mark Pocan and I announced after a press conference today with union workers that we are holding a FOOD & TOY DRIVE to support workers and their families during the strike at Manitowoc Crane (MC) over this holiday season. 
 
And, it's not just the Machinist's families who are stressed right now, since MC has laid off all the other union workers as well, which includes the Electricians, the Boilermakers, and others.  Since they're all laid off as a result of the initial strike, none of them are eligible for UI benefits, which means a tough holiday season for lots of these folks.  Please thank them for standing up to MC's bullying!
 
If you have a toy or non-perishable food items you'd like to donate, you can drop it off in the hall outside my Capitol office, or on the bench by the side of my house in Milwaukee, 3132 South Indiana (if it's wet out, I'll have waterproof containers set out). 
 
Thanks for helping support the people who make Wisconsin work!
