Bipartisan Isabella's Law Approved Unanimously by Assembly Committee

Every year each state affiliate of the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) may select two individuals to receive a regional Award of Merit for their efforts in the advancement of career and technical education.

This year the Wisconsin Association for Career & Technical Education (WACTE) Board of Directors has selected you as one of our Region III Award of Merit recipients from Wisconsin.

Our members sincerely appreciate your outstanding leadership efforts on behalf of career and technical education in Wisconsin as well as your continued support of WACTE. You are a strong advocate for CTE in the Capitol and have assisted us with knowledge and enthusiasm throughout your career.

The Award will be presented at Region III Policy Committee Meeting during the annual ACTE Conference (CareerTech VISION) in Atlanta on November 29-December 1, 2012. In the event that you are unable to be in attendance at that time, we will arrange for someone to accept the award for you and present it to you at an upcoming WACTE function (either our Legislative Seminar in February or our annual conference in April - both are in Madison this year). We will send you more information about the national conference as it becomes available to us.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and every member of WACTE, many thanks for all you do for career and technical education in Wisconsin. It is an honor to work with you on issues of economic importance to our state and nation.
