Conservation Group Rates Legislators' Record

The Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters issued its report card on legislators Wednesday for their voting records during the 2011-'12 legislative session.
The pro-environmentalist organization described the session as "dismal" for the state's natural resources.
The league named an honor roll and a dishonor roll, and, for the first time, it also named Gov. Scott Walker to the dishonor roll.
