  • Rep. Knudson Reaction to State of the State
    “Wisconsin has come a long way in the past two years, and the numbers speak for themselves: we have turned a $3.6 billion dollar deficit into a $342 million surplus, property taxes are down, and so is the unemployment rate.”

    This morning the U.S. House of Representatives passed the exemption to allow the Stillwater bridge project to go forward with a bipartisan vote of 339-80. The vote followed passage of S. 1134 in the U.S. Senate by a unanimous vote.
