Late last week the decision was made to bring forth right-to-work legislation that has been discussed for many sessions and has been gaining momentum across the United States.
Red Tape Review
During last session, around 20 percent of the state's rules were reviewed by committees here in the assembly. That equates to 353 chapters examined, of which 83 were modified or repealed.
Protecting Your Rights and Personal Freedoms
In keeping with our proposed agenda, my colleagues and I have approved the first group of bills from the Assembly Republican Forward Agenda. We are prioritizing less government, more individual freedom and protection of personal freedoms.
