Jorgensen to Hold Budget Listening Sessions in Each Community in the 43rd Assembly District
MADISON – State Representative Andy Jorgensen (D- Fort Atkinson) today announced he will hold budget listening sessions in each and every community in the 43rd Assembly District, in keeping with his record of accessibility and openness.  Jorgensen has held more than 500 listening sessions in the past six years.
“My job is to represent the people of the 43rd Assembly District in our State Capitol, and in order to serve them well, it’s important I hear what they think,” said Rep. Jorgensen.  “I’m holding listening sessions on the Governor’s budget proposal so that all of the people I serve have a chance to tell me what they think of the bill, and so they can share their ideas on how to move Wisconsin forward.”
Jorgensen will hold 20 budget listening sessions at the following locations, dates, and times:

Jorgensen is very pleased to announce that State Senator Tim Cullen (D-Janesville) will join him for six of the scheduled listening sessions, including those set in the City of Edgerton, the Village of Footville, the Town of Janesville, the City of Milton, the City of Oregon and the City of Whitewater.  State Representative Sondy Pope (D-Cross Plains) will also attend the event in Oregon, a community all three lawmakers serve.
