Terese's efforts and accomplishments as State Representative for the 76th District have been recognized in many areas over her time in office. Here are some highlights.
2010

In September 2010, Terese
received the Legislative Champion Award, presented by the
Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WCADV) "in recognition of
her contributions to improve the lives of domestic violence victims in
Wisconsin."

On June 15, 2010, the Wisconsin
League of Conservation Voters presented Terese with the Conservation
Champion 2009-2010 award.
In Spring, 2010, Terese received
the Friends of Access 2010 award in recognition of her work to
preserve public, education, and government access television. The
award was presented by the Wisconsin Association of PEG Channels (WAPC).
2009
- In June 2009, Terese was
presented with the 2009 Outstanding Elected Official Award by the
Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Prevention Resources.
2008
- On July 16, 2008, the Wisconsin
League of Conservation Voters presented Terese with the Conservation
Champion 2007-2008 award.

The Mayor of Madison, Dave
Cieslewicz, proclaimed October of 2006 as "Rep. Terese Berceau Month."

The Wisconsin Women's Network
named Terese as "2006 Stateswoman of the Year."

On August 1, 2006, the Wisconsin
League of Conservation Voters presented Terese with their Conservation
Champion 2005-2006 award.

On February 15, 2006, The
Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin declared her the PSW Legislator of the Year for her help for independent pharmacists.
ARC-Dane County granted Terese
their Elected Official Award for 2006.

Terese was awarded recognition
on July 29, 2004 by the Wisconsin Alliance of Cities, and was commended by
Madison City Council Resolution on September 7, 2004, for her efforts during
the 2003-2004 floor session on behalf of Wisconsin urban families.

She was awarded the Clean Sixteen
Award 2003-2004 by Clean Wisconsin Action Fund, which is given to
legislators who have 100% voting records on environmental and conservation
measures before the legislature.

On August 19, 2004, Terese
received the Certificate of Recognition from Domestic Abuse
Intervention Services.
- In May of 2004, she was awarded
the Wisconsin Community Action Program Association Appreciation Award
for her work on affordable housing.

In 2003, Terese was awarded a "DV
Diva" award by the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
The National Alliance for the
Mentally Ill - Dane County bestowed upon her their Community
Citizen Award.
2002
- Terese received the Domestic
Abuse Intervention Services' Public Service Award in 2002.
2000

Terese was named Legislator
of the Year, 2000 by the Wisconsin Family Planning & Reproductive Health
Association.

She was awarded the Voice For
Choice Award, 2000 by Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, and scored 110%
in the Planned Parenthood Legislative Scorecard in 2001-02 and 2003-04.
She was also awarded the
Clean Sixteen Award 1999-2000.
